Private to All Order of the Phoenix
On Tuesday, 18 July, I will gather a meeting of all Order Members who are able to attend, at Hogwarts. Construction is sufficiently complete to allow us to use the Staff Room on the third floor. The meeting will commence precisely at one o'clock in the afternoon.
We will discuss the future of the Order of the Phoenix - with the end of the war, we ought to have been allowed to disband, but clearly this does not seem to be the case. Issues needing immediate discussion include safety measures we will be taking when school reopens, legal methods we will attempt to use to bring pressure to bear against the Ministry in regards to the Registry restrictions, and to organise ourselves to attempt to facilitate the capture of Fenrir Greyback - as well as thorough surveillance of Bellatrix Lestrange and Lucius Malfoy.
I would like all Order of the Phoenix Members to reply here, whether or not you are able to attend the meeting, so I may have an estimate of our numbers. As this meeting will not be discussing anything terribly secret, existing Order members may feel free to bring ONE guest if it is someone you trust implicitly and feel would be a good addition to the Order of the Phoenix.
