KONGA!!!!!
We just busted out the Donkey Konga tonight after having it sit around in the box for several days. Paul's dad played and everything! I made sure to get a picture. It's so much fun! Dana's up and dancing around the room in her nightie, it's so cute!
In other news, Dana had a cold Friday and yesterday so she wasn't really sleeping that much because of all the nasal drainage. Fun times this weekend. She also decided that she did not want to ingest anything for the greater part of yesterday, including her cold pills and her dinner. It also applied to her viatmin this morning, which I ended up just sticking into her nouth when it was open and she made a face like "Oh, yeah... these are good. I forgot." Paul and his mom were telling her they were candies and I ended up yelling at Paul "You can't tell her they're candies because when she's able to get into them she'll eat them all and have to get her stomach pumped!!!!" I hope his mom heard because she's always telling her everything she wants her to eat is candy. Anyway, Dana fall asleep during the Yankee game last night right at the top of the 6th inning. I also slept through the whole inning and got up at the top of the 7th to put her into bed and eat my dinner. Then Dana slept all night and got up around 6 this morning. I didn't think she would take a nap since she actually got 12 hours of sleep, but she crashed around 3 when we were pulling into the Target parking lot. While she slept, I got her a cute sweater and a Dora outfit and a Care Bears halloween book, and got myself a thing of CDs to burn stuff from Paul's iPod and take to school with me. Then we dropped Dana off at home and went to the mall to shoe shop. Paul was bored out of his mind and we ended up going to like 4 different stores before I picked up a pair at Payless. I also got Dana some Hello Kitty shoelaces, then we ran through KB Toys but didn't buy anything. Then I remembered I wanted to pick up a pair of earrings. I told Paul I would be about 2 minutes. I walked in, grabbed what I wanted and got in line. Then I had a stupid long wait to get to the register. Then I paid and had a stupid long wait to get my change. It was so dumb to have to wait as long as I did for 1 pair of earrings. But then after dinner we got out the Donkey Konga and its' been nonstop fun since then! Yay! We even got Whip It!
I will conclude by telling everyone they must play this game! Buy it, or some over, or something. It's sooooo fun!!!
