The sun set, taking its safety with it. Clouds kept the thick July heat close to the Earth while allowing for the occasional trickle of moonlight to shine off the torn structures and broken windows in the town. It was like a path lit for all the hunters of night - human or not.

Unless you're planning on scaling the walls, this is the only place to get in or out of the dorms. A running list of the deceased is displayed prominently along the lobby's walls, both in remembrance, and as a way for everyone to check for new names before inviting anyone else inside. Now that the sun is down, be sure to pay attention to who's at the doors.

Fraser had barely moved from the position he'd taken up that morning. He hadn't gone out just yet, saving that for when it was late enough to almost be early. For now, he was going to keep watch, hope those who had gone out made it back safely.

Rifle slung over her shoulder and handguns holstered at her waist, Robin was taking a self-imposed break from her time on the roof. She came down to check the list, issuing a soft hiss through her teeth before casting a look over Fraser.

If you knew her, you might recognize the concern. Otherwise, her face was her now-normal impassive.

"Have you eaten today?"

The school is still standing as a testament to how things should have been, even now that it's vampire territory. Be on your guard, because you never know who might be lurking around.

Vampire territory or not, Mel was on patrol doing her slayer thing to keep back the whole evil gang of lurks thing.

Rose moved quietly on Mel's left flank, staying close enough to jump in if needed but far enough away that no one would be in the way.

It was almost like this was done a lot.

The one thing about being a mutant vampire is that there was always a good amount of Jamies running around in the middle of the night. They were always good for a fight, a feast and occasionally if there were enough around they would break out into Michael Jackson's thriller because they thought they were funny.

And so anyone coming into the park this fine evening? Jamie Vampires. Good bit of them.

"LEMONADE!" Yakko yelled from behind the lemonade stand he had set up suddenly. "GET YOUR LEMONADE! QUENCH YOUR THIRST FOR A QUARTER!"

The fact that he was doing this in the middle of the night right near a Jamie Vampire would have seemed insane for anyone else. For Yakko, this was par for the course.

The main room of the town hall, where meetings were once held, has been converted to a common area, for socializing, planning, and lounging. It's possible that some nostalgia for the dorm's common rooms went into the decoration and setup of the space.

Zoe wasn't lounging as much as she was surveying, making sure that their numbers weren't dwindling thanks to those pests in the dorms.

She might have also been waiting to see if anyone brought her anything fun. It was so good to be her sometimes.
