The sun was rising on another beautiful day at Kellerman's. A few clouds dotted the sky but otherwise, everyone was in for a crisp autumn day. The staff was already busy, setting things up for another full day even while the denizens of Fandom were still waking up

Alex had pretty much disappeared after trying to hook Griff up with one of those dancers so he had no idea how it'd went. Nevertheless, he was back in his room this morning, already awake, already smoking and already trying to figure out what he was going to do today.

Maybe he'd actually, gasp, be active or something.

John talked a hapless staff person into playing a game of ping pong with him. And then he just kept talking so the staff person was thrown off his game enough that John whipped his ass.

It was good to be a big mouth sometimes.

Hurley had noticed the guy messing with the poor staff person, and decided he needed to do something.

"Dude, can I play?" he asked.

He was going to try and use his 1337 ping pong skills.

Wayne was more than happy to give up his paddle to Hurley.

Between yesterday's hiking and partying, Emma was perfectly happy to spend some quality time in the hot tub today, just relaxing.

Since he'd gone rafting yesterday, Hannibal decided to take a little easier for the first part of today by swimming some laps in the pool.

Okay, so Jak had been thinking of going on that canoe thing today, but first he had to check out the pool, since he'd actually been too preoccupied with a lot of adrenaline over the past few days to really make work of anything.

Which found him in sky-blue shorts at the edge of the pool, his feet dangling in the water. Oh yeah.

It took until Wednesday till Jaina really cared to check the place outon a hike. She had to admit it was nice to be able to do that when she wanted without feeling pressured. And it was pretty, so that was a plus.

Both trips had looked interesting today, but Ender had a different missive to go with. He'd sent out handwavey messages to two particular people - it might be conducive in several ways to hang out in the countryside together, going for a hike.

He'd even packed up.

He stood by the start of the trail, waiting.

It's not rafting but head off the mountain for a trip to canoe the New River!

Where Angela hadn't gone for the white water rafting yesterday, canoeing she could get into. Provided she didn't capsize, it even sounded kind of fun, relaxing way to spend an afternoon.

She was pretty much guaranteed to get tipped in after thinking that, but for now... Still dry and just floating along the river.

For this, Angela could get her arms moving a bit and paddle closer. "Oh, I am," she answered, offering a smile in return. "If rivers had heating around here, I'd be even better, but... I'm calling it refreshing." Or freezing.

Anyway, so far, she hadn't married anyone, so it was one up on the cruise by that count.
