You know, I was thinking... I had a similar problem a few years ago. I kept getting mail from retirement associations; benefits, insurance data, social security, etc. I couldn't figure out why they thought I was retiring (I checked no "I am old" boxes!), esp. since a lot of the stuff had my social security number on it. Surely they looked me up before they sent this stuff, right? Calling up and explaining didn't seem to help, either; they said "Oh, sorry, we'll take you out of the system!" ...And I continued to get mail from them. So I took to writing "I AM 25!" on things in big red letters and mailing it back. It helped. I still get the occasional bit of mail from AARP, but it's much better than it was.

So I guess what I'm saying is, if you can't find anyone to talk to, or talking doesn't work...start writing "DECEASED" on things and returning them. It may be callous, but they'll stop wasting money to send you stuff you don't need.
