RPG partner?

I really want to write in an RPG again and I seem to be having extremely bad luck in getting ACTIVE and DEDICATED partners. If you won't leave me hanging for months or weeks on end and wanna RPG let me know. I write Cloud, and I partner him with almost anyone.
