Lulu's belts...

I'm currently making a Lulu outfit (which I will post pictures of myself cosplaying on a later date once it's finished) and I was wondering if there was any other Lulu cosplayers who knew the most effective way to do the belts on her skirt which wouldn't end up with them falling down.
