Jogged almost all of the forward loop. Rested 1 min. (99% jogged) 38 minutes
Monday - Jogged/walked 3.1 miles (80% jogged) backward loop (40 min)
Tuesday - Jogged/walked 3.1 miles (90%) forward looped (39 min)
Wednesday - Jogged (3.1 miles) forward loop (37 min), strength routine
[x] Jog/Run at least 3x a week (M, T, W)
[ ] Do strength routine at least 2x a week
[x] Have a treat day (W)
Okay, shortened the rough form for a bit. Today I had to rest while jogging, and it cost me a minute. sigh. Oh well. :3 I'll try to consistently jog that forward loop. I still have to be able to jog that backward loop the entire way.
Other than that, WOOT! Almsot done with this exercise week! Tomorrow, strength routine! Then with saturday, I should be back home, battling to jog the hills! And sunday is rest day! WOO! I love getting most of my exercise done by Wed/Thursday, as it feels awesome to finally get things done right! Hopefully I can keep this up!
And yes, this is the week I FINALLY started using sunscreen. Agh. I hate smelling of sunscreen even after showers. Oh well.
