Jewelry pictures

As I mentioned in my post last week, I have been making jewelry like a motherfucker. Yesterday I finally had to stop, clean up, and distance myself from the beads. Why, because if I didn't I would just sit there making shit and never get around to actually selling any of it (The result is that I ended up knitting a foot and a half of my re-knit ( Read more... )

Naw, I just didn't have time to really comment. So here are my opinions:

One suggestion would be ring a ding dings. Rings are easy to make and you can make sets of jewelery.

I really like the claps on the all star bracelet. But the rest of the bracelet is a bit too much. I tend to go for the simple elegance (unless I'm trying to dress like a jellyfish).

<3 the swirls, but the eyes kinda freaks me out.

The blue fishy is <3 <3

The agate fishes are well worth it (I want one =x)

Here's the bad stuff: I think its a bit busy. It fits in with your personality, its very lively, but I tend to be drawn to simpler or something with a singular focus. Like I would wear the swirl bracelet if it was all swirls, and no eye. I would love to have a simple chain (no beads D:) that ends with the star claps. Or some of the other beads, they're really pretty alone, but when they're next to 10 of the same kind, they lose their specialness.

What I'm suggesting is almost 2 diffrent art styles, and I don't expect you to change your style because of it, but don't be afraid to tone it down (or just make it for me >:D)

If you want to get well known to buyers, the best way to do it is to write a tutorial and post it on whipup.net or something. Then you can link those people to your esty shop. Or post on those forum communities and let the artsy farty communities know about you.

Interesting how you say they're my style when I wouldn't wear most of it. I was trying to make things that didn't tailor exclusively to my tastes. I can only wear the simplest of bracelets because anything else gets in my way and annoys me. I've tried and I end up taking them off. So...what does that say about my personality when I wouldn't wear it? I was trying to make things other people would wear, not me.

Hmmm...this requires some thinking.

I have a lot of the agate fishes. They'll be appearing in hairsticks, bracelets, necklaces, etc etc. They are my favorites.

I don't think I'm going to bother with rings. I see them as a pain and I would have to spend more money on materials, which I don't want to do for a good long while and after I've made some money. If I do sets, I'll just make matching bracelets and necklaces.
