I KEEELL HEEEEM v.2
So, i haven't killed him. I wanted to. I found another pee soaked item. Made me happy. :P
But, I thought. Maybe he hates the hoods? He used to hate the doors, maybe he hates the hoods? But that didn't really make sense, he still poo'd in the boxes. Well, i took the hoods off anyways, halfway to see if it helped and halfways to better observe what was happening in the box. So, i observed tonight the following, it has given me... a possible answer?
Kitty deposited a lovely kitty treasure in the box and buried it as well as she was able. Those who know kitty know that she is notoriously deficient in poo burying. xD She also has notoriously stanky poo of death! So, a few minutes later, Twinky went in the same box. He pawed around and snuffled kitty's lovely treasure. He tried to bury it better and left the box. I've seen him do that, i've never really thought anything of it. Until!! He then went into one of the nooks in which i'd found pee last week. And he started sniffing around. (i've dosed the area with multiple doses of nature's miracle. *glare*), anyways, he was being suspicious hanging out in that corner after sniffing. So i poked at him and made him leave. THEN! he went to the other litter box!! And he did something there. i didn't see exactly what, but i assume it was a pee because i cleaned both boxes out after he did it and there was only pee in the other box. that concerns me he went to the corner instead of the 2nd box first, though. but... yeah, i guess he did go to the other box.
so.
sounds to me like there are 2 solutions. 1. buy a 3rd box. 2. clean the boxes umteen times a day. Dx
and the choice of the day is going to be clean umteen times a day because we really don't have space for a 3rd box right now. -___- blah.
but maybe i'll put the covers back on the boxes. or on the one box, anyways. we'll see what happens. sigh. he is an impossible cat. not that i blame him. though, i have another half a mind to leave the bathroom door open and see if he uses the toilet. he's a smart cat. he always sniffs around when we go, im sure he knows what it's for.
so yeah.
