Question, where have we heard/seen Crowley before? I feel like he appeared before but I was searching for it, granted briefly, and couldn't find anything. The Good Omen did pop up so maybe that's where I recognize the name...

when I heard Crowley I thought Good Omens. He was the good demon guy (an angel who did not fall so much as saunter vaguely downwards!). And since I know the writers are Gaiman fans, I'm gonna say they got him from GO. Just like they got the anti-Christ a few episodes back from GO.

Crowley only appeared in this episode, that I know of. The actor played Badger in Firefly though (info brought to you by Mike). I'm just convinced they stole him from the book....=/
