No hat of mine is macaroni-esque
Happy 4th of July, dearest comrades! I celebrated with Brownies and Animal Planet and family (including a Canadian, who had no cause to participate in the festivities yet wore a brave face). I cannot imagine a more spiritually fulfilling day. There is even cake for later. No lie.
Hope you guys had/are having a mighty fine day too!
And the Red Sox just won which is awesome.
Because everytime I see a Yankee, I really want to just kick them in the shin and run away.
And tomorrow will be even awesomer because a) cookout, b) SLUSH, c) THERE WILL BE BACHMITTEN somehow, and d)
DOCTOR WHO! SEASON FINALE! MY HEART CANNOT LAST MUCH LONGER.

AND WHY ARE THERE MORE DINOSAURS ON TV AGAIN. AND PEOPLE. PEOPLE WALKING WITH THEM ON STAGE. That's like the fifth time I've seen a commercial for 'Walking with Dinosaurs' today. How do these HAPPEN?! How can Boston allow such a terrible, horrible, dangerous thing to occur?! WHY?!
