The Obligatory No Bake Cookie
2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups oatmeal
Mix Sugar, butter, cocoa, and milk and bring to a boil on medium heat (let boil for 30 sec).
Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla, mix until peanut butter is completely dissolved then add oatmeal.
Form into cookies by dropping spoonfuls onto well greased cookie sheets.
Let harden then eat.
Next time I want to try subbing heavy cream in place of the milk.
