A Corner of the Beach, Friday Evening
Liara needed some quiet time. Not... the same that she would have in her single room, but a different kind. Fresh air - not something she often craved, but as of late she kept finding herself wandering out here to watch the sunset.
And... all right. Perhaps it was time to admit that she missed Karolina.
She wrapped her arms around her as she walked along the water. It flooded over her shoes eventually, so she reached down and took them off. The water was cold, but not completely unpleasant, and... inexplicably, something within her pulled her towards it.
Her shoes still in hand, she paced several steps into the surf and merely stood there for a moment, soaking in the setting sun, and... ... where had her shoes gone?
For that matter, where had her dress gone? And her hands? And her feet?!?
The dolphin let out a stymied cry and slapped at the water with her tail. Fandom!
