School is officially out for three weeks. This should give me some much-needed time to catch up on other projects, as well as work on some concept art techniques that I discover more and more each week to be lacking.
Manny told me I use the "wrong hand," and that's why I have so much trouble with concept art.
At least he has good humor in my struggle.
Ana, Shane, and I went to this Buddhist temple last Wednesday. It was... interesting. It's a shame that it gave me the same vibe any other religious place always has. I felt like there was a very egotistical, almost pretentious air about as well. Kind of the opposite of what Buddhism teaches.
It was still nice to experience. Some of the people were quite amazing, and I'm glad to have met them.
Shane pointed out a few strange differences between Eastern and Western religions, after which we got into an even stranger conversation about spirituality in general.
He and I think a lot alike, and that's kind of a frightening thought itself.
There are probably about fifty things I want to do at this point in time. I really should get started on them.
