Yeah... I need to read my 'Procrastiation for Dummies' book
Jesus! My computer is totally whacked! It doesn't work and then it does, and I feel like such a failure when I have obligations to help other people out and maybe even work on my own fics and I can't even do that when the computer doesn't even work!!! Gahhhh!
Okay on my list of things to work on:
1.) Help Ming with her fic that she answered my prompt with.
2.) work on my fic/drabbles for star trek.
2.1) I have some ideas:
1. Kirk can talk to animals
2. Kirk has a vision of the future and meets his kid ala Family Man?
3. some tentacle sex b/c star trek doesn't have enough of that yet.
3.)update my live journal into something resembling a real page.
4.)Persue kink meme to get some ideas and maybe try to answer a prompt or two?
On a happy note! I DID GET A NEW JOB!! Yeah!! I'll miss my work, I worked there 3 1/2 years and all my customers are already sad. I still might work there once a week though just so I can get the benefits. Still, I'm tired of corporate being assholes and making unreasonable demands when they have no idea how our store works. I'll really miss my coworkers also their pretty much my only friends since I've moved here (since I'm such a boring person, I don't party, drink, or do drugs so it limits the ppl I hang out with supossably? Who knew there was peer pressure to do the right thing?) I'm still kind wigged out that all these ppl I no longer talk to know I got a new job. Stupid Colin probably blabbed the second I mentioned an interview, I love the kid to death but he'll toss him mama under the bus if it got him a chance to climb the 'corp laddler'. Oh well, I'm cool enough with my boss and their boss they understand $11.50 an hour is a kick up from $8.50 hr for the last 3 yrs. Their cheap and they know it! I can't afford school and car payments and everything else I have to pay for on that measly paycheck.
Okay enough ranting. Megan visited last weekend, with her boyfriend. He was alot better than last time. My stepmom thinks he use to be gay though, and I think I remember he mentioned being bi? I don't mind as long as he treats her right. We're going to see her play next weekend and the national history museam in houston saturday. It will be awesome! They have a gem room!!
