Relevant? Yes. Maybe. Not Really.
So I read and finished "The Hunger Games" Trilogy. I was happy with the ending and the way things played out. I'm interested in the movie that is going to come out next year. Probably will go see it with a couple of friends. Also finally read the 3rd book in the Inheritance Cycle. Super pumped about the 4th book finally coming out this fall. Hrmmm. Percy Jackson series is next on my list of things to read.
Then on the anime side of things I have watched and completed Fruits Basket, Ouran High School Host Club, and Black Butler. I have started on Black Butler 2 but have not found the time to continue. (Also because I am kinda sorta waiting for Legato to finish up with Season one so we can talk about that before starting 2). But anyways, with Fruits Baskets I was kinda bummed where it ended. They only covered half the manga and didn't get to the dark/ revealing part of the manga. (Unless Hulu is holding out on me and there is a season 2 of FB then I need to find it and watch it because I love FB Manga. It was one of the first manga's I read next to Card Captor Sakura. Haha. ) But all in all I enjoyed the anime. With Ouran I kinda read the manga but the anime is interesting and at times it was almost too shoujo for me. lolz. Black Butler is one of my top animes now along with Trigun, Get Backers and GunXSword. Enough said. lol.
Been on a soundtrack kick lately. Mostly with the summer movies I have seen. (Thor & Transformers 3) Then the ones from the Spring (Tangled & Sucker Punch) I extremely recommend the Sucker Punch soundtrack and movie. Seriously. Go rent it and then buy it and the soundtrack afterwords. And with Tangled, I got the soundtrack to make waiting for the movie easier. I watched the movie so much in the first week of buying it. I enjoyed it the whole time.
Can't really think of anything else to relate besides my fan girling over the new season of RvB. So amazing and only 5 episodes in.
