Didn't post any photos for Photo Phriday because I was too busy doing Halloween things. Wore my Toy Soldier outfit to work (as did markvd and coworker Marlok), though our badges proclaimed us as "Security" for the hospital set our department created for the annual costume/scene contest.

Saturday morning and early afternoon I did lawn chores. In fairly rapid order I managed to mow the lawns, feed the lawns, weed the lawns (Oh Round-Up, you are my friend) and seed the lawns. So yesterday, while I was out at Slate Street for lunch and billiards with roho and genet, I hit up Game Stop and found they were having a sale on used DVDs. I bought over a dozen titles (fifteen, to be exact). Amidst my bounty is a copy of Stephen King's "Rose Red" on DVD. I'm watching it now. I had a pretty horrible day at work on Friday, so my first act upon getting home was to make a gin and tonic, only to find that I had no tonic.
