Hello from Alabama Bitches!!
Well it's been a little over a month and I am settling in little by little. Even though I hated staying at the hotel I still miss it in some ways. I think I miss the stability more then the room I used to live in. I miss my friends up there even though they don't call or send mail.
Our apartment is awsome and Sam the parrot has adjusted well. Was rough at first we were all very strapped for cash and I was not working yet when I got here. Walmart screwed up and lost my app for like 2 weeks delaying my interview. But once I got it I was hired that day. So now I work with Mark on the overnight shifts stocking dairy. The money is really good and we get 40 hours a week. I am still getting used to having to do real work at a job again hehe.
Did my orientation at UAB and I am all set taking 14 hours the first semister and if all goes well probably 18 the next one. I have to play catch up on some degree required classess. UAB is fucking awsome by the way, can't wait to start classess in a few weeks.
heh Dave and Mark have both been trying to make friends with Sam the parrot and so far both of them have been bit so currently in the can you bite me scoreboard its Sam 2 dave and mark 0 hehe
