I have learned something i think is new about my conciousness when i get really mad: my mind divides, and the stornger angry portion tells the weaker, better part (using "you", amazingly) that it is unworthy of everything i've been divinely given and of the world around me. i think this is what results in my self loathing, or at least in part.
