Everyone home, then going again..
Well on Thursday, florentinescot returned from her trip, and viragostonewall and I finished teaching the Stage Sword fighting classes. I hope it was useful to the young actors and their drama teacher. Who knows, we may get more work from it... And florentinescot's trip appeared to have been a good one...
Then I got to go to fencing club and argue budgets and finances with a committee and the other officers instead of fencing. I was not a happy camper, especially after some comments were made about wishing they had had some data about the past year's finances... Did they bother to ask the Treasurer (me) for them? Nope. They're about to get the job tossed in their lap a few months early...
Now the less than happy news. One of florentinescot's aunts died on Wednesday. The funeral is this weekend, so almost as soon as she got unpacked, we have to head out of town again. :( viragostonewall is the Lighting Designer & Tech for a local Christian Theatre Group's production of "The Lion, Witch, and the Wardrobe" so he has to stay home to prep for opening next week.
