Sayaka glanced towards her briefly before looking back out the window. “You didn’t need to.”
Kyouko shrugged and shot back a toothy grin.
“I’ll pay for it,” Sayaka added.
The redhead’s grin grew wider. “Sure, then that would make this kinda like a date.”
She didn’t offer to pay for Kyouko's. But Sayaka didn’t bother to speak of the misunderstanding. Given how stubborn Kyouko was, the act would have been fruitless... Nor did she necessarily mind calling their little get together a date.
