They gasp and break apart, as they should, given the situation. But it’s not quite-they always lean into each other, no matter where they are, always look for each other first. Janice… shouldn’t be at all surprised.

But they’re in Sickbay, for god’s sake, and Janice should tell McCoy. Really, she should tell the Captain too, but the Captain will just laugh and hang around Sickbay to see if he can catch them at it. So, she’ll tell McCoy.

When she tells them this, Chapel snorts, and Uhura gives Janice a look like she’s the playground tattle-tale. Then Uhura gets this wicked smirk on her face, and she shoots Chapel a conspiratorial look. Chapel nods, and the look on her face is way too earnest for the girl who was just caught with her hand up Lieutenant Uhura’s skirt.

“That’s a shame,” she coos, running her hands through short blonde hair. “Because… You could join us.”

Janice freezes, righteously indignant, terrified, and completely turned on. “I have to… report…” she mumbles lamely, staring at her feet.

“Right,” Uhura laughs. “Well, you can report later, Yeoman Rand.”

“Oh yes,” Chapel purrs, pressing into Janice’s personal space. “You can tell the Captain all about how hard we made you come.”

At this point, Janice decides that resistance is futile.
