After the trouble of reaching Tryan Gully, it was only sensible to spend a few days resting and re-equipping. Normally, Angelo enjoyed such stops as an opportunity to meet new women, but as Tryan Gully was a town of monsters, he found himself rather at a loss.
The first day, he'd had some hopes for the elf, Raya, particularly after noticing the extra sway she put into her hips when they were around. Then he'd noticed that her gaze was only for Jessica.
The way Jessica blushed and smiled and returned that gaze told him everything he needed to know.
