Star Trek: DS9. Kira/Jadzia Dax. Aftermath.
The explosion had not been expected at all and the cleaning had taken forever to finish. Once the station had been fixed the people of the station had gone back to work.
People had been suffering shell-shock since the incident and in the aftermath of the explosion they often went un-helped.
Kira had been forced to deal with most of the aftermath, most of the time she was okay but she found herself wishing that she had more time to spend with Jadzia Dax, she had seen signs of stress in most of her colleagues but had been seen nothing of Jadzia since the tidying had begun.
A scream had echoed down a corridor which was just off the one that Jadzia was on. She turned off down the correct corridor and came face to face with Kira in a headlock.
“Get her off me… please?”
Jadzia had done her best to release the woman then dragged the stranger to quarters, returning to check Kira was okay.
