Ok, white eyeliner? No. Not even 'no'. HELL NO. That shit was not cute
in the late 90s when everybody was rocking it and it sure ain't cute
now. That is one "trend" that should not repeat itself.
There's only one way it's acceptable and that's if you're using it to
line the bottom inner rims of your eyes to brighten them a la Tyra Banks like so:
Other than that, I have no clue what would possess somebody to
take a white pencil and line the tops of their eyes.
It looks so stupid on everybody!
