Good week this week. Getting things done. I am currently working on learning some new test procedures and I think everything is going well with that.
Over the next week or so I need to figure out how to season my wok. I think I have everything I need now, but I have found many different ways to do this. The most common and simplest seems to be to just heat the wok, let it cool to room temperature, then use a paper towel to cover the entire surface with vegetable oil(or some such other oil). The most complicated involves using scallions and ginger with oil to season the wok. There is another procedure I found that uses tofu as well, but that is getting too complicated for me. More than likely, I will end up just doing the simple oil first and then again with the scallions/ginger just to see what that does to the wok.
Alright, and now another top 5 type quiz from thewhyfive:

Top 5 Most Inspirational Movies
01.) Falling Down -
It is nice to see a hero who is not necessarily the same carbon cut out from Hollywood. Detective Prendergast is someone you can actually emphasize with. Plus I like a lot of how Foster crosses the line between hero and anti-hero.

02.) Densha otoko -
This is a great movie. It's a little sappy in some places, but I don't mind those parts as the whole movie is just rather funny. As far as romantic comedies are concerned, it is one of the few that I don't roll my eyes at.

03.) Huo Yuan Jia -
A.K.A. Fearless. Huo Yuanjia does not start out as a very nice guy. A very good fighter, but way too stuborn, self rightous, and self important. Because he is so good, he becomes overbearing and arrogant. Over a series of events he is forced to look at all of that.

04.) The Nightmare Before Christmas
Even though I really don't celebrate Halloween or Christmas, I still just like this movie. It really isn't about either holiday anyway, they just happen to be convenient backdrops for a movie of personal discovery.

05.) The Hudsucker Proxy -
You know,....for kids. The music alone is fantastic. "Adagio of Spartacus and Phrygia",... nice. Anyway, it is more of an inspirational movie in the business world.
