This idea hit me from nowhere: Disney's Sword in the Stone's version of Arthur/Guinevere, with allusions to BBC's Merlin.

This is absolutely fabulous! What a wonderful idea. They're so adorable. And LOL, I love the dialogue.
This is a great first meeting. And let me just say that your young Guinevere fits so perfectly with the animation style of Sword in the Stone. So, amazing job with her and just the overall execution.
