The revenge of the vominators!

Sooooo tired! *thud*

Woke up around 2:30 am after an hour's sleep to the sound of wailing and retching. Yep, the girl had thrown up all over her bed. Which is a loftbed which made the whole thing even more fun. *headdesk* Hubby stripped the bed while I cleaned the girl. She seemed fine except for the whole smelly part and talked up a storm about... something. No matter how I tried to understand I couldn't get anything out of it. She completely spaces out when she wakes up in the night like that, half of what she says is dreams and the other... I don't know. I didn't understand anything. Anyway she got to crawl into our bed where we finally got her to shut up and fall asleep. Only to wake up 2 1/2 hours later to the little guy screaming. Yep, another vominator. Got him and his bed cleaned up and put him back in. Ten minutes later he vomited again, this time ten times more, over the bed and himself and some books. It was all very yucky. He refused to go back to his bed so into ours he went. By now hubby was sleeping at the foot of the bed, which is not easy when you're 6'5". Some time later (I don't know how much, I was too sleepy to look at the clock) they both started vomiting again. The girl first in the bucket and then the little guy, half a second after he told me he didn't have to, all over hubby's pillow. Clean them again, strip the bed again. Hubby went to sleep on the couch and the rest of the night was thankfully vomitfree but included getting kicked in the head numerous times by my little monkey of a son. So not much sleep there. I took a nap just now, for about two hours and it didn't help at all. I feel just as tired. And hubby is complaining about feeling nauseous. Oh joy.

Totally ruined our plans for today which included finishing all our x-mas shopping and finding shoes for the kids. I'm going to go try and buy some of the x-mas presents while hubby stays home with the kids but it's not as much fun alone.

On to other less smelly things...

Wow, over 770 hits! (I kinda suspected, it being so totally awesome and all, which is why I put the counter in) Hubby is grinning with glee, especially about the comments. Apparently it was pimped on JRAUnlimited's forum as well. Yay for hubby and his mad writing/playing/singing skills! I'll get to answering them tonight if the internet behaves. Why does it always go wonky when you really need it? It's driving me insane!

Oh well, better go do some shopping. Even if my stomach is feeling slightly strange...
