I'm still looking for some SFW slash art for the header of the second part if anyone wants to offer but other than that it's pretty much done. I'm with you. I write to a playlist and really feel the lack if there isn't one. I hope you do re-up your playlist once you get home. Music sharing is always good, especially these days when the media only want you to listen to THEIR selections. It's hard to find new, good stuff to listen to.

That's true. I imagine it might even be more difficult in the US since we tend to get a lot of European music over here in addition to the American music. And our own of course.

I`ve just finished re-reading that story, and i gotta say that it`s so heartbreakingly beautifully written and i love your Jensen. He`s been broken but he`s strong and has lots to give Jared.

I'm so glad you see him as strong. I was kinda worried that people would see him as whiny or a wuss, because there seems to be this idea in fandom that men don't cry. I'm not sure where that comes from, the men in my life cry when they need to. I wanted to go with what felt right for the character and his story rather than try to toughen him up to meet some weird 'manly' standard. But yeah, I was prepared to see some complains about that, but it seems I managed to explain well enough where he was coming from for that not to happen. Not to my face, anyway. lol

I really like playlists! They very much help to establish both the mindset of the author as well as the atmosphere of the fic, plus I get to hear pieces of music that are wonderful and I might not have heard otherwise.
Now off to re-read Gunpoint! :)

I've discovered a lot of new (to me) music artists through playlists. And it's interesting to see what people feel expresses a certain mood or action.

I like playlists too. The reason I stopped downloading them was my worry over copyright laws. *shrug* That said, I've just downloaded yours anyway. Thank you. :)

I've only read Gunpoint once at this point, but I loved it so much. I can't remember my exact thoughts otherwise, so I can't give you a detailed comment at the moment. I've been thinking of re-reading it, and I think I'll do that in the very near future. I also agree with you about the art - it's amazing.
