Help?
I got that thing I'm writing about fanfiction back from the editor and she wants sources for a couple things.
1. Young girls using fanfiction to explore their sexual nature and desires in a safe environment
2. Victims of sexual abuse using fanfiction to work through sexual issues
I seem to remember reading about #1 somewhere but #2 I've just seen people mention again and again, mostly here on LJ, from personal experience. I could possibly change the wording to just say I know people who have been able to use fanfiction this way but if anyone knows of any studies on this that would be even better.
