(no subject)
How is it that your supposed holidays always end up being spent on doing everything but relaxing? The last 4 days we've been to 3 dinners which means having to dress up and talk to people instead of just curling up on the couch and watch tv/read fic. I mean, dinners are nice and all and one of them was even at my best friend's but I've just not felt very sociable this week and of course that's when I have to be. *sighs*
And for tonight my mother has invited herself over so we've spent the last three days trying to get the apartment to look at least half representable. I'm damn exhausted! And we still have lots left. The girl's room looks like a hurricane went through it and the bathroom is still yucky and the kitchen is all cluttered. Needless to say the apartment was a dump so being forced to clean wasn't maybe so bad but still. Exhausted!
On the bright side I get an extra day off tomorrow when everyone else is at work/school. Yay!
