That is so weird, I literally had just finished rereading The Puzzle and checked the tag to see if there were any hidden timestamps, and look at that, there really is one. Now it's early in the morning and I am completely drained from this heartbreaking sweetness and sadness.
I love this 'verse so much because it offers you a glance at somebody else's way of thinking that is so different from your own, or generally from "normal people's". Yet you learn that as different as somebody might appear, everybody is still needs the same things. Stories like this remind me not to judge a person too quickly because I just can't tell what is going on inside somebody's head -- maybe they just process things differntly.
As always, your love for detail is stunning. I could get lost in Jensen's thoughts; they are unlike my own and I can't always quite grasp them but they are very captivating.
Also I have to say that I love this Jared, he seems very real and flawed and human. He doesn't get to have unusual, magical insights to Jensen's brain.
asdfghj I just want to hug these fictional real persons. But in Jensen's case that probably wouldn't be the best idea.

I just have to jump in and reply to you...

This is so true. We do seem to judge people all to quickly. Not only when seeing things directly, there are times you hear a friend/woarkmate... talk about someone that is that or that and you have an oppinion about he/she when you might meet he/she and for you it not nessessary is how you think the person is. Things through my life has teach me to meet, talk and then get an opinion. Not easy all the time, but you do a favour for both yourself and the other.
