As you may have read, Stoneface is working to put together a police force here in the Sphere. He does this with my full knowledge and support. For what it's worth, I trust his intentions and his abilities, and will be happy to work with him in the future to make the Sphere as safe as possible for all of us

I appreciate that. But you know, second in commands have to do a lot of paperwork, and you've never liked that.
