Alright, this is getting ridiculous. I've always had problems with my sleep schedule, but up until now it's always been I don't get enough sleep because I'm up all night. Typically it's my own fault, I'm playing a game or reading, or it's that I just can't sleep. Now, however, I can't seem to stay awake.
For the past few nights, I've been getting dead tired early, around 7:00 pm early. Normally I don't go to bed until 1:00 am, so you can see why this is unusual for me. Unfortunately, going to bed this early means I've been waking up early, around 4:00 am most of the time. This is a total schedule shift for me, and I don't like it. Try as I might, I can't seem to change it.
The worse was last night. I did a clinic for school, got some coffee on the way home, and that's the last I can remember. I have no idea what I did last night, but I found the coffee sitting by my computer, untouched and stone cold.
This is starting to worry me, seriously. I've had to cancel plans with a friend three times now because of this, and now I'm starting to have black-outs? I don't know what the hell it is. I don't drink, I don't do drugs (other than the occasional caffeine fix), I've been eating right, even exercising. I'm not under any stress now that my finals are done, either. Hopefully this will fix itself soon. I miss the night life.
