Why has it been so long since I've danced?

George introduced the movies at his work on Thursday, two documentaries, Twist and Theremin: An Electronic Odyssey. Geo and I and a couple of friends had our first country line dancing class tonight. We learned the Electric Slide, which I've danced at pretty much every wedding reception I've attended for the last umpteen bajillion years, so that was fun and a good warm-up. In my never-ending search for a fun dance class that isn't too far away*, and because my boss knows I like belly dancing and forwarded me the information, Geo and I spent this afternoon at Narmada Winery taking part in a Bollywood dance class. What fun! And what a stealth workout. The class was described thusly on the website:

Last night was the third of the four dance classes I signed up for. It's still a great workout--invigorating and challenging without totally wiping me out. And it's FUN!
