The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters
I finally saw this film for the first time last night and its awesome. It's a story about a man's journey--Steve Wiebe (pronounced Wee Bee) to surpass the tyrant king of Donkey Kong, Billy Mitchell. This film should be checked out by gamers, especially those with a competitive edge. I'm not competitive--nor would ever care to be--but I enjoyed watching it. So fellow gamers and non-gamers: hop on this if you haven't already.
Now that I've gotten the pleasantries out of the way, I just wanna say... BILLY MITCHELL IS A SELF-CENTERED, EVIL, MANIPULATIVE, DEVIOUS, CONNIVING MAN. Don't get me wrong. I know and except his playing skill. He is superb. But the shit he says and does during the film made me sick to my stomach. That man acts like he's covered in gold and I can't stand it. It's so bad that I can't even give a fair blog about the film because of it. lol.
