Waking up at 6am eats ass.

And tommorow, I get to wake up even earlier. However, today actually went pretty well, despite leaving my house at 6:30am. I was of course at the place with plenty of time to spare this time because it wasn't raining and traffic was not congested at all. I drove around and got some food at Jack in the Box while I killed time, listening mostly to Walton & Johnson... I love those guys. Apparently the city of Houston is trying to ban smoking in private bars and resturants or something, like New York did. Laaaame. W&J suggested if they're going to do that, they should ban people driving while using cell phones. Also similar to New York. I highly approve, as I don't own a cell phone and all.

Anyway, the TABC class wasn't too bad, despite its hefty length. I get paid for the duration, there was all the soda/coffee/juice we could drink in the conference room, and the instructor was a personable lady. Plus we got lunch paid for in the cafeteria of the Brookhill (or whatever) office of ExxonMobile - the food was quite good, in fact. I then got the crap certified out of me, and I can sell booze and tobaccy to those of age. I also got a mug for getting a 100 on the test, I guess.

I heard "Jessie's Girl" both before and after the class, which made me happy... and also, just as I was almost home, "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" came on two different stations simultaneously. The worst part is that there was at least one more station that quite feasibly could have played the song at the same time. Way to go, Green Day.
