[LJ2ME] LJ2ME
Hmmm... I've been looking for an LJ client/app for my BB since the web version has its glitches (like making me re-enter my username/pswd on almost every page) andstumbled upon "LJ2ME". Has anyone used it before?
It seems to be a very sparse app that has the bare essentials for updating (subject, text, and who can access the post) and that's about as far as I got. I do like that this app does wrap text so the entire update doesn't end up on one enormously long line which makes it VERY hard to edit something you've written previously...
I had been looking for an app for awhile but lost interest since there really wasn't a need for it. My computer is on the fritz again and this time I think it's on it's way out for good... For the last 2 months it won't boot up without the boot up/setup CD... I've been getting the blue screen of death for longer than that... I haven't been able to use Firefox for even longer than that.
Yesterday, Christmas morning, my computer got the blue screen of the death, I restarted, and then it proceeded to go through a bunch of text updating, blah blah blah. It does that every once in awhile so I wasn't paying too much attention until I saw that it was deleting a bunch of files. I didn't recognize the file names but when my computer finally rebooted, I had lost about 95% of my desktop icons...
The applications should be fine I think (like my Sibelius and Dreamweaver) but my excel and word documents are GONE. Extensive searching has come up dry... These documents included 3 tax/gig related documents that kept track of what moved in and out of my bank accounts, gig information, mileage, payment tracks...omg, I has LIVID. Luckily I had bought an external harddrive only a few weeks back when I noticed my computer was really taking a turn for the worst and had made copies of all my important stuff so those particular 3 documents are only about 2 weeks out-of-date...
