Birthday colleagues. Dieting does not work. Ate 4 sandwiches with sausage. Tomorrow - discharge day.

My goal - 121.25 pounds by early April. I fear that without strict dieting will not do.

The last two days, a lot of it - turns out more than two thousand calories a day. A little sweet. A little alcohol. Scares me all this.
