Goodbye George Michael, Goodbye Princess Leia
It's a sad holiday. George's death was so unexpected, but it is comforting to know he is still loved by millions of people and his music lives on. His song "Careless Whisper" was one of my favourites, and it was because of this song that I determined to learn English. Years later, I saw him live in Toronto. I think that was his last world tour.
Today, just before I started to write this post, it was reported that Carrie Fisher also passed away. Only a few days ago, we saw a digital version of young Princess Leia at the end of Rogue One, now she's gone too. 2016 is so sad.
