Quiz last night - won first half, shared a triple rollover second half. Cappuccino this morning more than paid for, then. My best answer was one on Chuck Yeager.
But the quizmaster's worried that the pub won't keep supporting the quiz with only 6 or 7 teams taking part, and is making noises about upping the entry fee or reducing prizes. We felt that marketing the quiz better would be a good way to go - the pub itself isn't making any effort to get passing trade for the quiz night, and without the quiz people there, the place is dead on a Thursday night.
