Books for boys - it's hero time!

Interesting idea - we accidentally pioneered something very like it with our classroom library at age 9 or so, when we used to "catalogue" all stock as either "girls' books" or "boys' books".
Also interesting that they don't praise Harry Potter for getting boys reading, given that in the World Book Day poll it didn't make the top ten "books we couldn't do without" among adult males either.
Move over, girly swot magic-users - the Education Secretary wants to bring back good old-fashioned two-fisted tales of derring-do! And about time, too! Huzzah!
