Ruby is 22 months now, into all kinds of things...mostly Elmo and Dora. Doesn't talk much yet, but she is saying a lot more these days. Hasn't gone through the picky eater phase yet and is still quite chunky! She couldn't have cared less about Christmas, which I found weird, but next year she will love it.
Sam didn't care about Christmas that much, either. She was all excited about Banta Class (Santa Claus), but she doesn't get the Santa=presents thing (which is fine by me!).
Good for you on the working out! I wish I had the motivation for a stroller class.
Ruby is in her "big girl" bed now. We had to because she just hated her crib at about 16 months old. We've been co-sleeping on and off too so she really likes the bed more. She sleeps about 4-5 hours in her bed at night and I wake up every morning to her climbing into bed with me. I don't mind, I know one night she will sleep all night in her bed. She naps in it without complaining too much.
It has been quiet! We just had some trouble with an abscess on Hayley's rear end/leg area. She was put on 3 different antibiotics! But it's clearing up well. The doctor said we should agressively start potty training now (to avoid future abscess problems). So we've been talking to her about it a lot lately & we sit on the potty a lot. But so far, she's only actually gone in it once.
We're starting to think about potty training now, too. Robert is very obvious when he's pooping, and the other day he all of a sudden grabbed the crotch of his pants/diaper and said "warm!" a few times. I'm so not looking forward to the process... especially with a newborn in tow. I don't really have a clue! He has a potty chair that he loves to play with - guess it's time to suck it up!
Robert LOVED the "peasants" part of Christmas! LOVED IT! He was so into tearing open the gifts that we let him open Mikki's, too. He's big on mimicing what we do, especially Daddy. And we've hit the stage of ultimate toddler tantrums/meltdowns... those are super! /sarcasm

Lucas just might be ready for a toddler bed.
