You're right - we have been really quiet lately! I miss you ladies!!!
Things here are going well with Lucas - I can't believe that he's nearly 2. Now that the holidays are almost over, we've started thinking more about what we are going to do for a birthday party. We already have a play place reserved - now we have to think about what we are going to do for a theme and stuff. I'm leaning toward ELMO since that's all we hear about these days.
The other night (Christmas Eve) Lucas decided that he didn't need to be in his crib when there was so much going on out in the living room (aka - SANTA!) so he decided to CLIMB out. I nearly had a heart attack when he walked out and said "OHHHH, wats dat?" We turned the crib around so the high part is in the front but I think we are going to have to come up with a better solution soon. Any suggestions?
Aside from mommyhood - I'm doing well. Working out (doing a stroller workout class and a jazzercise class) and getting back to where my body used to be. It's a struggle but at least I'm having fun doing my classes! :)
Good for you on the working out! I wish I had the motivation for a stroller class.
Ruby is in her "big girl" bed now. We had to because she just hated her crib at about 16 months old. We've been co-sleeping on and off too so she really likes the bed more. She sleeps about 4-5 hours in her bed at night and I wake up every morning to her climbing into bed with me. I don't mind, I know one night she will sleep all night in her bed. She naps in it without complaining too much.

Lucas just might be ready for a toddler bed.
