So, I hadn't worked out my legs at the gym in a few weeks before Tuesday. I didn't overdo it on the weight, I'm not that stupid; I like to be able to walk without looking like I have a pole up my ass. But apparently my back wasn't used to the squats, so ever since yesterday morning I've had this sharp shooting pain in the lower left side. Pisses me OFF.

On a happier note, I put up a new personal best on the bench press yesterday: 200lbs! It was incline on a Smith machine, but it still rules because I know I could do it on a bench too.
