Nice! That sounds awesome. I wish I could get over to Ireland...but Scotland consumed me, and I don't really want to leave. ;) I just found out I'll be in England through the end of July, though, so maybe I'll get a chance sometime! (See my post on my journal if you want to see squealing. You censored your glee, lol, I didn't. ;))
My program runs until...the 30th, too. Not sure when I'll be leaving yet; I'll have to change my flight from what it was before now that I've been accepted to the archaeology program. :D
Scotland owns my heart, seriously. I feel like I was born for this place. I spent yesterday hiking on the beaches of Skye. <3 Even in pouring down rain, it was <3.
Heh. Well, we'll see but you could pop over to Dublin... but we'll probably be jetlegged beyond belief so who knows. But that's kinda ironic that it's so close together.
Yeah, I know. I love Scotland... and in the pouring rain? How very Scottish that is. XD
Hahaha, when I came over here I was so excited I didn't even notice jetlag...until about 3 days later, lol. Ha, we'll see, but it *is* interesting that we'll be practically passing each other.
This is true...if you've seen my pictures on facebook you know I've been having very un-Scottish weather; when I describe it to Scots or other visitors they stare at me in bemusement. But it sure is wet now, even the locals are complaining. I'm staying in Kyleakin, by the bridge, and took the bus into Portree today, but it was so cold and wet even I was forced inside after about 30 minutes getting soaked to the skin.

Ireland is lovely, but honestly I think Scotland has just a bit more of my own heart.
((Ahahahaha, censor for the sake of others that I know read this... but yeah XD))
