Wednesday our god kids and their parents dropped by so we could give them their Christmas presents.

Their mother’s birthday is just before Christmas, so we had a cake for her.

Thursday we went into Worcester.

The moon was surprisingly visible during the day.

Just hanging over the lights.

It was a very clear day.

We had lunch at one of our favorite places. I ordered too much and had lots of leftovers.

My wife got some sort of automatic brush she wanted me to assemble for her.

To me, she looked like Ripley out of Aliens when using it.

Friday we got an alert saying emergency services were sporadic. Funny how they can send this out, but not answer the phone.

I saw these in the store and thought it looked bad…

The crack in the skin of the universe showed up in our living room.

I tried to charge my Tardis off of it, but it didn’t work.

We went off to the botanical garden that had the holiday lights we saw last month. (https://fbhjr.dreamwidth.org/1239329.html or https://fbhjr.livejournal.com/1249553.html )
It looks very different in the daylight.

It’s a nice view there. It was above freezing, but VERY windy. So, it felt cold.

They do have benches…

It’s nice they have something specifically for pollinators.

We then drove along the reservoir we could see from the place.

We ate at a place that was once a Howard Johnson’s.

Today was my wife’s birthday. So we had a nice brunch.

In the evening the god kids called to wish her a happy birthday. So, very nice.
