Week in photos
It is certainly summer here. Hot and humid all week.
And, for some reason folks seem to drive much worse in the summer.
More accidents, more breakdowns, more traffic jams then when it is covered in ice and snow. I don’t get that.
Of course, it doesn’t help when trucks are leaving tires in the middle of the road.
I have ended up taking back roads home a lot lately to try and beat the traffic. As the speed limit is half the highway it often takes longer, even if it is shorter in distance.
But, if the highways aren’t moving…. And, it is a nicer view.
This week has been much more damp than many we’ve had this summer. Rain several days. Humid all of them.
Now that I’m chasing virtual creatures in Pokemon, the real world ones seem to be going to greater lengths to get my attention.
I see many of the Pokemon around, but it is often the same types.
I guess there will be new folks next door.
I was able to take a gym held by a 3400 point dragon. It was the only creature on the gym and I sent half a dozen of mine to their Pokedeaths. But, I took it over.
We’ll see if my red gym lasts the night. It should as your not supposed to go into the graveyard at night and it is out of range from the roads near it. I guess we’ll see.
