The Non-Athlete's Train of Thoughts During Running: Or, Does anyone go through this torturous mental cycle as much as I do?

( I apologize in advance for cursing like a sailor in the following, but nothing brings out the broad in me like exercising. )

Something new, strange, and utterly surprising has occurred to me: I actually like running--which is strange, because I just about hate everything that leads up to that point, and everything after.
